Exceptions

• Some products, promotions, or special items may include different shipping rates (either discounted, free, or higher due to size/weight). These will be clearly noted at checkout.
  

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
